WORKERS COMPENSATION Comprehensive General Liability, bodily injury and property damage, combined single amount Automobile Liability, bodily injury and property damage, combined single amount California Statutory limits $1,000,000.00 $1,000,000.00 Comprehensive General Liability and Auto policies shall provide an endorsement naming: the County of Monterey, its officers, agents and employees as named additional insured. Policy shall also be endorsed to provide that such insurance is primary insurance and that no separate insurance policy or self-insurance of the additional named insured shall be called on to contribute to any loss incurred in connection with the Exhibitors’ performance. The above described coverage shall be maintained through the term of the service agreement and the Exhibitor shall file with County of Monterey a Certificate of Insurance (COI) evidencing that any insurance coverage required herein has been obtained and is currently in effect.

You are responsible for and must pay any sales tax on the sales of your products. SVRA or Parella Racing LLC. Is not responsible for any damage to your property or bodily injury.
Cancellations must be received 21 days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. Subleasing booth space is not permitted unless authorized in writing by SVRA staff.
By submitting payment, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions, You agree to hold the event owner of the property where the event is held, harmless.
