For the first time, motorcycles are invited to join the SVRA Brickyard Vintage Racing Invitational, June 15-18 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The Indy event is one of the most renowned vintage motorsports events in North America, and this year is no exception. Check out the 3 motorcycle events below and join us at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for an unforgettable two-wheeled experience.

New this year to SVRA’s Brickyard Vintage Racing Invitational is the addition of a historic motorcycle racers grid. SVRA has partnered with Historic Motro Gran Prix (HMGP) founder and event organizer Bill Brown.
“Our group is more about riding than racing. Yes, our members like to go fast but these events are as much about camaraderie, exhibition, riding and displaying the bikes our members have a passion for” said Bill Brown. “Like the vintage racers in their cars we run at eight-tenths, and that is enough to scare ourselves sometimes and generate some chatter, gasps and cheers among onlookers.”
The HMGP Racing paddock will host 30-50 racing bikes with all of them taking to the track, twice each day. For more information about the on track racing exhibition contact Bill Brown, 706-654-1222.
