The Sportscar Vintage Racing Association returns to the fabled to 3.74 mile Sebring International race course for the start of its eight race 2014 East Coast schedule. The Sebring track is a perennial favorite of SVRA competitors and spectators looking for their early season “race fix” and some great Florida sunshine.
The event weekend will include a full schedule of 14 Sprint races on Saturday and Sunday along with 3 Hawk Performance Endurance events, including a 90 minute night endurance race open to all race groups on Friday evening. The Trans Am Race Series will again start their season as part of this event and provide spectators the unique chance to see vintage cars dating to 1950s and contemporary “pony cars” in competition on the same weekend. Spectators can also drive the Sebring race circuit all 3 days during the optional Track Touring program.
Spectators will be allowed in the paddock throughout the event providing for “up close and personal” access to both the cars and drivers. The 3 day SUPER PASS will be the same $35 cost as last year and includes camping. One day tickets are available at a cost $20 in advance or $25 at the gate Children under 16 will be admitted free when accompanied by an adult.
