Thank for entering the Spring Vintage Classic at Sebring. As of this morning our entries are up over 20% over last year and I feel that this bodes well for the upcoming season. The 2012 Awards Banquet will be held in the Main Ballroom of the Chateau Elan on Saturday evening March 2nd. A cocktail hour will be held from 6-7PM, with a sit down dinner (no buffet line!) and the 2012 Awards Ceremony to follow. Cash bar service will be available from 7PM on and “resort casual” attire is suggested.
As the dinner is a “sit down” event we have to provide the hotel with a guaranty number on February 23rd. We will have some flexibility beyond this number once, but once the room is full we will not be able to accommodate additional people. Therefore, if you plan on attending this event we are asking that you contact Kathy Swinford, SVRA Concierge Services Manager at kathy@svra.com or by phone at 817.521.5158 no later than February 23. In addition, if you prefer a vegetarian main course, in lieu of Chicken Marsala, please advise Kathy.
