Initial Weekend Inspection.
Beginning at the Watkins Glen SpeedTour Event, participants will be required to perform the initial inspection of their race vehicles and driver equipment and report to Tech with the completed form. This form will be provided at Registration and it is the responsibility of the team that all equipment is up to date and to make certain that all of the information is completed in the appropriate sections and present the form to Tech for review, along with the race car and driver’s equipment. Cars that have been previously given an Annual Inspection will only need to present the car if requested by Tech.
All information must be completed for an event Tech Inspection sticker to be issued. The Logbook will also be noted and signed at this time.
